1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you find an agent that educates you thoroughly about the buying process and the market, and that they then empower you to make educated decisions. Be pre-approved. Having an approval in hand gets a buyer to the front of the line in making offers on that dream home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire an agent who takes time to know your home, its value, the area, and comparable sales in the area. S/he will have a strategy for selling your home as quickly and for as much money as possible. Trust your agent and trust the process.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have happily provided my services to clients from all walks of life, professions and ages.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent transaction that I am very fond of was one of my listings in the Mansfield area. The sellers were originally super worried about if we would find them temporary housing until their new construction home was ready after their house sold. Sure enough, they trusted me and their home was under contract in 4 days and I found a luxury apartment under budget, right across the highway from them that they loved for their temporary housing and their new home will be ready in June and progressing very well! Happy Sellers - Happy Realtor! :)
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always loved the real estate industry since I was 18 years old. After purchasing my first home, I fell in love with the process of home buying/selling and the client experience. I have always been a huge advocate for genuine customer service and that's what this Professional Career has been all about. I absolutely love being a Realtor!
