Review It?s hard to even know where to begin? this has been a long, and very rewarding experience. It all started about 5 years ago. I met Lani and I realized I wasn?t ready to buy just yet. We maintained a friendship and would catch up often over the years. She invited me to her events, school and food donation drives, and classes. 2 years into our friendship I was ready. The first house she showed me was perfect! I bought it! I had never been happier and the things I learned with that home taught me more than I ever imagined. I learned how to better budget, repair things, and also renovate! The most important thing Lani has given me and many others is knowledge. This knowledge led to profit of over 6 figures from the sale. Money in this world is power. Fast forward? December. Lani knew I needed and wanted something bigger, and turn key. We discussed profit margins and what would happen with the ever changing market. I think what I appreciated the most is that she was interested in what the market did for me, not for her her monetary gain. This speaks volumes of her character and professionalism as an agent. She made sure that I sold when I would make the best profit and have less repairs needed or requested. My seller obligations were under 800$ which is insane, especially in this market. She let me know what the market was looking like and to accept rejection as it came as something better is always coming. I?m 28 and a single woman. Sometimes I really just needed someone to lean on and give me direction. She was always there! Through my impatience, anxiety, tears (happy and sad) and made sure we were always as informed as we could be. The house I closed on I was skeptical when I saw it because I just knew it would be out of my price range. She looked at me and said she would do everything to make it happen! She did. She was in contact asking what was wanted and needed and was able to get my home off of the market before an offer review date, at appraising price, and with around $30k in repairs. This is absolutely unheard of in this market! We ran into some delays due to waiting on the city for permits, but otherwise she did everything in her power to improvise, adapt and overcome whatever came our way! My first home I did the first time buyers program with nothing down and higher interest rate and PMI. Now I was able to pay 20% down, and closing costs in cash. After all this I had money left over to be able to renovate the outside of the new house. In my life, I?ve never been on this side of the spectrum. Someone who could afford to do something ?fun? to their home. Just because they wanted to. I can?t explain the level of happiness i feel. This time I was able to do to my house what I wanted and not what I needed. It feels great. Lani. I don?t know how you do what you do, but thank you for being my forever agent.
