The house didnt work out and I was worried that hed get impatient. Instead he told me that finding the house for me would take as long as it would take and I would know it when I found it. Sure enough about a month later, after looking at multiple houses, we found the house for me. Lanham handled all of my concerns with ease and was able to negotiate the exact price I wanted for the house. This was my first home purchase and Lanham made sure that I understood what was happening at each stage. He was great to work with and is someone you can trust.
