About Lane Farr

I list homes for a 1% Listing Commission Fee if you purchase a home. It is 1.5% Listing commission if you are only selling your home. I am so excited to give back to my community in the form of Tithing part of my commission back to all my clients! I also help my buyer clients with closing costs to purchase their new home or property. I am absolutely honored and blessed to be a Realtor! l was a business owner in the medical field of prosthetics & orthotics for over 27 years before making a career as a Realtor. I feel my experience with building relationships with my patients in the medical field will carry over to my relationship with clients looking to purchase or sell a home. I feel that relationship is the key to any successful real estate purchase or sell. I don't feel that its about the "transaction"or the "close". It is about me helping you as the client to make the purchase or sell of your real estate dealing be a smooth, effortless, and most of all stress free encounter. It's about you communicating your needs and me listening to those needs. I so look forward to having the blessing, honor and opportunity of helping you find your first home, dream home, investment, or whatever the need may be of working with you and building a relationship. On a personal note I have been married to my beautiful and amazing wife Judy since June of 2000. We have 3 amazing and talented kids Cody, Cory and William. My wife and I are also Pastors of House of Acts Church in Decatur, Texas and we love doing community and life in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.     Buying a house is such an emotional rollercoaster. Lane Farr helped me navigate whats expected and fought for me when things went wrong with my builder. If it hadnt been for him, I totally would have given up and wouldnt have gotten the keys to my new home yesterday! He was extremely informative about the process as well as creative in his ideas for spaces and houses we looked at. His knowledge of the different mortgage lenders was crucial in helping us secure the home we wanted. Any associates he brought along to help us were a great added value to our home search and eventual purchase.     Lane Farr is definitely the best realtor weve ever gone with. Not only is he always there when we have questions or concerns, he brought breakfast over closing day for the kids and me, gave a sweet closing rebate, plus only charges 1% instead of 3% like most of the others. We will most definitely use him again in the future if we decide to move. Also, hes a pastor. Definitely a plus for sure because he was always praying with us and for us.
