ZillowVERIFIEDI would look elsewhere if you are on a tight budget. Landon was very judgmental and didn?t give me any respect. It seems like he only has time for million dollar homes. He liked talking about himself and didn?t care to help me. He made comments that were condescending and rude and chuckled to himself. He had good knowledge of tree types and was able to point out structure issues but I wouldn?t recommend him to my worst enemy.

I initially was looking at older homes and he knows his way around a house and gave me his opinion on the structure and guts of the home.
