Then, a few years later, he helped us sell that house and buy a new and better home. Throughout he was professional but personable, extremely helpful, and available any time I contacted him (which was sometimes way too early in the morning, but he never complained). He made the whole experience as stress-free as possible for my wife and I and talked us through from start to finish. We went into this without any idea of what to expect. We knew nothing about buying a home and he was able to answer all our question and explain what we didnt understand. He understood what we was looking for and helped us with making the big decisions.
