Landon is absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped my wife and I purchase our first home (which was a great experience all around). Then, a few years later, he helped us sell that house and buy a new and better home. Throughout he was professional but personable, extremely helpful, and available any time I contacted him (which was sometimes way too early in the morning, but he never complained). He made the whole experience as stress-free as possible for my wife and I and talked us through from start to finish. We went into this without any idea of what to expect. He took the time to answer any questions we had and explained things we didn't even realize we needed to be asking. There were multiple instances where he went well above and beyond to help us, going out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. If you're a first-time buyer or seller then he is definitely the realtor for you. He is the only person we will ever work with when buying or selling a home. Landon killed it! My wife and my self are first time home buyers and Landon walked us through the whole process. We knew nothing about buying a home and he was able to answer all our question and explain what we didnt understand. He understood what we was looking for and helped us with making the big decisions. He was honest and was always responsive. He was also flexible and timely, he was able to work with our schedule. He even offered to meet me at work on lunch break to handle some paperwork. We didnt know the process could be so easy, but Landon made that possible. He even welcomed our 5 children to tag along and was very patient as they distracted us and explored the house.
