Landon is the kind of realtor that everyone wants in a home search. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, past trends and current analytics, and this really helped us hone in on areas and properties that were good deals and positioned to hold their value for years to come. Most realtors will just ask what you want and feed you an automated list as if it were a hand curated selection, but Landon took the time to understand how we felt about road noise, neighborhoods, commute times, and architectural styles. andon was amazing! He was always available for home tours no matter how high up the mountain they were. He was responsive and informative. Any questions we had he made sure to find an answer and we had many!
