He knew what we wanted, was responsive(and patient) and while looking knew what we were looking at, knows about the foundation, roof, heaters, water heaters- all the stuff a first time buyer needs a little guidance with. Its a complicated process and someone that knows the ins and outs of the financial side as well the nuts and bolts stuff was reassuring. There were definitely times when he was also the voice of reason, telling us to walk away when a place we liked needed too much- Riverwest was a great choice, we'd definitely go with Mike and them again.
