Lance is a true Expert in both the local area as well as in his profession. He went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable and made the best decisions for our family. Not only that, but he stayed with us every step of the process. Our situation made for some difficult moments during our buying process, but he helped ease ALL of those moments and made sure we had a partner we could rely on to get everything resolved. We had to buy our house from far away, he got us video of the location. Then we had to visit the property for a VERY brief walk thru and he made sure our tight timeline was met with no issues. Lance made sure that everything went as smooth as it possibly could, and responded to all of our questions and concerns faster than i thought possible, oh yeah, and this was during the COVID pandemic. I would recommend working with Lance to anyone.

Lance was AWESOME from beginning to end. He made the process super easy for me and my husband. His knowledge was impeccable. His insight is invaluable, as his estimation for each stage / obstacle of the process was very accurate. Which added to us feeling extremely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He is always a text or call away, he response immediate with any question or concern. This was something that my husband and I wanted in a realtor. Due to the competitive market Lance was able to advice us on ways to make our offer enticing. He is patience and most important not pushy.
