We saw plenty of homes and she would always help spot issues that could arise, her knowledge was crucial to quickly weed out the homes that had hidden issues. This let her find home after home for us to consider even at a time when home inventory was incredibly scarce. She also made sure that we were considering all of the different pieces of homeownership that we were too inexperienced to know ourselves.
