Lance was very patient working with us! We had very specific things that we were looking for when purchasing our new home (land, out buildings, type of home, number of bedrooms etc.) along with location restrictions due to job requirements. It took us a while to find exactly what we were looking for and Lance was there every step of the way! He helped with negotiations on purchasing our new home and making sure that we were getting a fair deal. He made sure that the inspection, final walk through, closing and all the other things that you don't think of are painless and go with ease.
