Lance was an outstanding realtor that helped with our purchase of a home in Sequim, WA. He was right on top of the process from start to finish. We had originally seen the home on Zillow from our home in Florida and asked for a realtor to contact us for more information. Lances office was the first to response and even called me on the phone. Of course, when we moved to Sequim they were the first to contact to see the home. Lance showed us other places that were for sale but we kept going back to the home we first saw. Lance gave us recommendations of names and places of people who could help with different things that we would need in the future such as painters and roofers, etc. After the closing he didnt stop there. He even came and took away some things in the garage that we didnt want and even offered to take away anything else we didnt want in the future. We cant say enough about this realtor and would highly recommend him. We feel blessed that we contacted him and would give him 10 stars if that was one of the options. We even received a nice gift from them after the closing. Thank you Lance for all your help.
