But her level of personal service was above and beyond in todays professional service world. I probably shouldnt tell everyone, but Zoan works long hours and would communicate with us into the evening when needed. Another example of her level of service is that I dont recall her ever taking a phone call while she was with us during a showing. It is a small point that makes the client feel special. Every other realtor we dealt with took multiple calls while they were with us. Most importantly, Zoan truly went above and beyond the expected to suggest, line up, and re-schedule multiple showings around our busy schedule traveling in and out of Florida from the Northeast.
