Our house went on the market toward the end of June of this year...just as interest rates went up and the housing market started to head in a much different direction. Lana directed us through this and continued to guide us all the way through the house being sold. She is probably one of the most professional real estate agents that you will find out there. We found ourselves in a bit of a sticky situation, at one point, which required great communication skills, a superior knowledge of her profession, and an above average professional attitude. Luckily for us, Lana possessed all of these skills and we got through it. She is also just a nice person that we enjoyed getting to know, and at the same time we trusted her to get our home sold. Not once did she disappoint us and we highly recommend her.
