1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First, get prequalified so you know what price range for which you need to be home searching. Second, get a qualified Realtor that knows the area well.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Before you put your home on the market, try to do everything possible to eliminate clutter, keep landscaping top notch for curb appeal, and de-personalize your home. First impressions are very important. A good Realtor will preview your home and give you a list of the things that are absolutely necessary to be completed prior to listing your home. This will help you sell your home much quicker. Also, sellers need to be realistic about their home's listing price based on the comparative market analysis provided by the Realtor.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Sold a large home and had both the buyer and the seller. Sold the seller a home. I have become a good friend with the seller/buyer This happens quite frequently, because I meet wonderful people in my business.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got very tired of sitting behind a desk. My enjoyment comes from meeting and helping people. With my business background and fondness of people, real estate seemed to be a good fit for me. It definitely is!!!!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My degree in business helps me with the financial parts of the real estate transaction. Also, my training in Luxury Homes helps with clients in the upper echelon. However, I love first time home buyers because I can hand-hold and help them through the entire process.
