On February, 2021 Lana sold our cottage on the lake in Oak Harbor for cash, full asking price in less than 24 hours. Since we were in Florida everything had to be done over the computer. Lana was very prompt in sending all the information needed. We closed in 3 weeks and we didn?t have to drive from Florida to be at the closing. Lana handled EVERYTHING. When Lana works for you, all you have to do is answer her questions and prepare to be amazed by the Most Professional Realtor you will ever know. Regarding Melissa, we don?t know what we would have done without her help. She was very organized and professional packing our belongings for Florida and selling the rest.Without these two ladies selling our cottage and taking care of every little detail we never would have survived the ordeal of selling a house in one state while living in another state 1200 miles away.I couldn?t help but notice a negative review by Travis Country Living. After reading their review I thought they must have dealt with another Lana Rife because ALL the remarks she made were totally untrue.
