Lana helped us move across states and by a home in Little Rock. She was our eyes and ears on the ground in Little Rock. On multiple occasions she had to go out of her way to help us see a house, offer on a house, inspect a house, or other various necessary activities. She never hesitated to do what we needed and often suggested creative solutions to our problems. She really got to know us and what mattered most to us and what we wanted in house, then provided the right advice at the right time - we really trusted her! We werent the easiest of clients I know, but she never made us feel that way. All of this on top of the fact she is super nice and knowledgeable. Then, she gifted us the most thoughtful and welcoming thank you after we closed on our house. AND continued to help us with the new house in the time between when we purchased and when we moved here full-time. We couldnt have done it without her!
