I worked with Trinh to find an investment property on the Big Island. Trinh was immensely patient to work with me to find a property, show the place via a video call and make a video link for us to share with other investors. Trinh gave us the necessary information and honest opinions about the place (whether small or big, good conditions or need an upgrade, ect). Her experience with the local rental market and investment properties helps us understand the questions and concerns. I have met other realtors who I usually faced with unprofessionalism, impatience, and money-driven without your rights as a buyer in mind. Meeting Trinh was like finally being able to find a right person that we can trust. With the rising interest rate, we decided to pause the purchasing process.
