About Lacy Flanagan

Lacy was raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas and spent most of her working career in the retail industry until becoming a stay-at-home-mom in 2013. She remained a stay-at-home-mom until becoming a Realtor in June 2019 and brings great listening skills and helpfulness to bear when working with her real estate clients. Lacy has earned real-life experience in retail sales and customer service that make her uniquely suited to serve both real estate buyers and sellers alike. Lacy entered the Real Estate world in order to provide better for her family, meet new people, and help others accomplish home ownership and/or sell their current home to begin the next chapter of their lives and she hasn't looked back. Lacy now lives outside of Charleston, Arkansas with her husband and children. She spends her free time painting and enjoying the great outdoors with her family.

Lacy was recommended by a friend. She was a godsend! She called an hour or so after she got my information and we were on the phone looking at homes together and she scheduled a day of house hunting the next day. We then went back to a few with my husband the next day and saw a couple more. We decided on a home and put an offer in that night, it was accepted, and I closed in 3 weeks. To say our first home buying experience was unexpectedly smooth and easy is an understatement lol. Honestly, if it was not for Lacy, it wouldnt have been.
