Lacey went more than above and beyond my expectations of what a realtor does for somebody. From the minute she called me to go look at my first property, I knew it was a perfect match! She was so kind, so quick to get any answers I needed, and just had an overall wonderful personality! She helped me figure out what was really important to me in a house and was determined to make sure we found a place that checked all my boxes. She made looking at houses a lot of fun. She even caught issues in houses that I completely missed, and I work in property preservation! For example she saw a feather on the basement floor of a property and said "I bet the chimney is missing a cap"... Sure enough it was! I had gotten pre-approval from one lender on my own, but wasn't exactly thrilled with them. She immediately gave me a list of contacts who she highly recommends and I ended up going with one of them... And I'm so glad that I did! The lender I chose to go with was also amazing and so quick to get my house squared away! Overall, from finding houses, to finding a lender, to hiring an inspector and even getting homeowners insurance, Lacy made the whole experience so easy and so fast! I personally recommend her to anybody I hear saying that they are looking for a house and if I ever move, I know that I'll use her to sell!! Truly, 20 out of 5 stars for Lacy!

It was a wonderful experience having Lacy as our realtor. My husband and I were not in a race to find a place in Cleveland, as we already have a main home outside of the city.
