1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
If it doesn't feel right, don't buy it.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Before listing, walk through and look at all the stuff you would want fixed if you were to re-buy your house in its current state. Fix those things.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Got my clients a house that wasn't even on the market. I simply just made a Facebook post saying I have clients looking for a particular type home and that we have seen everything on the MLS. Someone ended up selling their home to my clients because it fit my clients description and the sellers were looking for a reason to move. They said that was their sign. Worked out for everyone involved.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My first 2 homes I purchased were nightmares. I got into real estate so I can help people like myself to make the process much easier than what I went through. I needed a good agent and didn't have one, so I became one.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I attend networking events with lenders and lawyers as much as I can. I like to learn about stuff a little out of my realm of things so I can help my clients navigate this process and help everyone stay on the same page. I attend marketing events and listen to other people's stories that help motivate me to do what is always best for my clients.
