Ira has been the BEST agent I've ever had in real estate. I say it was divine intervention that helped us meet over the phone, but it was initiated by a phone call for a house i was interested in. When I first gave him info about what I wanted and needed, EVERYTHING he sent me exceeded those expectations. I was out of state on the first set of house showings but he willingly met with friends of mind and seemed to get to know me better through them. When I came into town to see the second set of homes, he listened closely and we had already narrowed the search down. He helped me find an excellent house in an excellent community. Ira was a great help, and was outstanding to work with. Would recommend to a friend without a heartbeat. He actually was helpful with questions with the house I was selling elsewhere. He was helpful in setting up utilities, manned the walkthrough and was just there for any problems and/or questions I had. He sure knows what he is talking about and gives great advise when asked. He was not the original relator I called, that one was busy on the day I wanted to look at homes, so I was given Ira's contact and was happy how that worked out.
