I obtained my Real Estate license in 2004 and started working full time in Jamaica Plain. In 2006 I was invited to work with Sotheby's International Real Estate in the luxury market on Nantucket Island. Being a Nantucket native It was an exciting opportunity to get back to my roots and work in a market I love. Since being back in the Boston market since 2009, I shifted my focus on the Boston, Quincy and Brookline markets. I specialize in navigating new construction, new condo and multi-family acquisition. I have a vast knowledge of construction which is beneficial in the buying or selling process. Whether you are a first time buyer, investor, I realize the needs that are specific to your circumstances and have the experience to execute your plan. Jim did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my condo. His expertise in the market was instrumental in determining a competitive purchase price while considering the future resale value for the area.
