Originally hailing from Moldova and currently a resident of Gulf Shores, Alabama, my journey commenced in 2007 as an exchange student and eventually led me to successfully managing the largest Surf Shop in the area before embarking on my entrepreneurial pursuits. Review for Kyra Barmettler During a road trip to Florida in November of 2019 I had the wonderful experience of visiting Gulf Shores, Alabama. During my visit I was so impressed with the area that I had decided that I would really consider living there. On my return trip back to Seattle, Washington in January of 2020 I made an appointment to look at real estate property and thats when I had the greatest pleasure of meeting Kyra Barmettler. Kyra spent an enormous amount of time with me looking at many different properties and options living in Gulf Shores. She definitely is the most patient and kind person I can ever recommend to anyone to look at property with. Kyra knows Gulf Shores, Ft. Morgan and Orange beach extremely well, she may know many other areas as well but I didnt stray from this area. She knows the housing market, building costs and the pricing of homes in this area. She will let you know whether or not it is a good value for you or priced to high. She is very honest and is looking out for your best interest and not just trying to sell you something like some real estate agents do.During my trip in January I did not purchase anything because by the time I got home in late February Covid had hit everywhere and I couldnt fly back and look again at things I was interested in so I had to wait and so did Kyra until January of 2121 to go back and start again.When I arrived back in Gulf Shores Kyra was just amazing. I actually thought I would buy in a specific area but ended up buying property in another community that I really loved just a bit more. During the purchase and sale of the property Kyra was just excellent through the whole process she didnt miss a thing and is very detailed. The best thing I can say about Kyra among many other things is that she goes the extra mile for her clients with her time and expense. She is a great communicator via voice, email, text and facetime or any other means available. She doesnt try and convince you to look at or buy something youre not interested in. She also has these amazing contacts with other business people such as contractors, builders and even landscape people. She has great relationships with all of these individuals and passes along her contacts which is just tremendous especially when moving into a new area. Kyra went over and above to assist me as I made the move from northern Alabama to South Alabama to be with my parents. She was so easy to work with and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything, gave a great referral to a realtor in Huntsville to assist with the sale of my other house, as well as hooked me up with a great lender, she is a fantastic realtor that believes fully in what she does and will ensure she brings you to your forever home.
