I have worked in outside sales for many years and the best way I've always learned how to repay a job well done is by referrals. As true as that statement is, in Kyndal's case I felt the urgent need to go above and beyond and break my rule. Nowadays we live in a world of lackluster customer service and cookie cutter care.
