ZillowVERIFIEDKyle verbally confirmed a same day 5:30 pm showing. The confirmation was completed twice , both verbally and via text approximately 4 hours prior. When the time came for the showing, no one showed up. I waited until 5:45, then reached out to see if he was coming. He did not answer my call, instead he had his female associate Monique call to break the news he was not coming. This showing was during a snow storm.
