I had a great experience selling my parents Carpinteria home with the Richardsons. The process was very smooth and professional. I was very pleased with the advice I received from both Kyle and Mike on pricing and what work should be done before the house was sold. I do not live in the area so good communication was very important. They were very responsive and always available by phone, text, and e-mail. It was a trust sale, and the house needed some updating before it could be sold. Their contractors promptly did great work at a reasonable price. The staging company, photographer and videographer did a good job at capturing the strengthens of the house. I recently sold my condo through Mike Richardon, Realtors after having it managed by them. Their management team were on top of all aspects of property management and extremely professional. Mike and Kyle were in charge of the sale. Every aspect of that process (establishing sales price , prepping and staging the property for sale, handling repairs during escrow, etc.) was handled with extreme professionalism and promptness.
