I recently sold my condo through Mike Richardon, Realtors after having it managed by them. Their management team were on top of all aspects of property management and extremely professional. Mike and Kyle were in charge of the sale. Mike and Kyle Richardson managed the rental of our mother's beautiful ocean-front home on The Mesa for many years after she moved in to retirement. This rental guaranteed a comfortable retirement life until her death at 103. We never had a problem: all repairs, landscaping, and maintenance was on-time, professionally done, and timely. During this time period we enjoyed very responsible and pleasant long-term tenants and kept the excellent rapport with our lovely neighbors.
