If you?re in the market for a real estate agent- Dave is your guy! The sale of my property is final today- a whole week early! Dave is extremely responsive, organized, and professional. He is very dedicated to customer service and getting the job done- even if that means losing sleep over it. He is extremely motivated and willing to go the extra mile. Dave is also very knowledgeable of current market trends and is able to set realistic price points and expectations for the seller. Dave helped me for several months try to find a home to purchase. After looking at several properties we found one that I was interested in. Dave spent time on a Saturday morning looking at and over a house with me pointing out possible issues and fixes. Dave was also on vacation for part of the home buying process and he was still keeping in touch and communicating as normal. I would definitely recommend him just for being a stand up guy and forthcoming with information as needed.

This is the second time I have had to purchase a home. Dave made the experience of buying a house easy, pleasant and stress free. He did this by answering all of my questions very thoroughly. He also provided some very good advice on how to improve the value of my house. One example of this was his suggestion to install egress windows on 2 basement rooms so they can be classified as bedrooms. Another example was when he was able to find out why some strange plastic pipe was sticking out of the yard. It turned out to be nothing important but I was glad he made the effort to find out.
