The perfect realtor does exist! I dont normally do reviews however, I felt I needed to share my experience. I struggled with the idea of selling my home for an entire year prior to listing! Kyle Marcell was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I have worked with realtors in the past, and none were more attentive, knowledgable, and selfless as Kyle. He was patient with us during the long and arduous process of house hunting in a ruthless market, and he worked with us knowing (often times without us even stating) exactly what we wanted in a home for our young family. I think what makes Kyle stand out the most from other realtors in the area is that he doesnt build his career on knowledge of the market alone (of which, I would argue, he is one of the most knowledgeable). He takes the time to know you as a person and truly has your best interests at heart. This extended even after finding a home. He knew that I had a baby at home and tried to make the closing/moving process as smooth as possible. I never felt like we were an imposition to him (even when we were contacting him at all hours of the day). He was ALWAYS there with a smile and he made sure to create a relationship with us as his clients that was built on trust. I never once doubted his ability, knowledge, or work ethic. He found us the home of our dreams, and I can say with complete confidence that if we ever needed to use a realtor again in the future, we will be calling Kyle.
