ZillowVERIFIED I researched the Zillow website for R.E. Agents and I was given several agents contact information. I called 4 or 5 that were on the list and Kyle was the only one who picked up when I called. We discussed the twin unit I wanted to sell and it became abundantly clear that Kyle was well versed on the Easton market and he also shared some great resources with me in regard to contractors and carpet installers. Truly a one stop shop for all my needs given that I live 90 minutes away from my property. I immediately said "You are hired". Kyle did exactly what he told me he would do in regard to the listing and marketing of the property. He assisted me in finding contactors to do the work necessary to make the house more appealing. We had multiple showings at the property and within the first few days, we had multiple offers. His diligence in presenting the offers to me and detailing what each offer would entail was priceless to me in determining which was the best offer to accept. We had one small speed bump where the buyer backed out at the last minute, but he quickly reached out to the other offers and we closed just weeks later. Truly a pleasure to work with.

She was very knowledgeable regarding the market and explained the whole process of buying a home. She had tons of data and resources available to connect us to the right people and the right homes. This made me and my wife feel we were going to be able to navigate the wild market with Emily as our realtor. When we finally found a home that we were interested in, she helped to get us the soonest showing. She was quickly able to run the numbers and provide us with quick data to then tailor an offer to the seller. Without Emilys negotiation skills and expertise in the industry, I do not believe we would have had our offer accepted in the highly competitive 2022 housing market. Emilys knowledge, expertise, strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and overall positivity made a chaotic housing market seem manageable. She will work diligently with you to find the right home that fits what you are looking for. The one thing she could improve upon is to keep up the responsiveness of communication even after the offer is accepted. This did not change our overall positive experience with her, but would have improved the experience. He will tell you the good and bad of a home based on the scenarios right for you. Full-time home, part time home. rental or investment. Kyle was great to work with. We looked at over 15 homes with Kyle. We ended up getting a house that came on the market as we were wrapping up the last house. Because he took note of what we liked and didnt like, he knew we should go see that home right away. Do yourself a favor, pick a relator partner like Kyle.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in the process of putting our house up for sale but before doing so, we had to do some minor repairs. We contacted a well known real estate agency in the area that does endless amounts of radio advertising for any type of real estate offerings you could imagine. From buying your house for cash, guaranteeing 30 days to close, the list goes on. We wanted to get a starting point to see potential property value now and after repairs were completed. We scheduled an appointment with this company in hopes of good news and met at the house. From big renovation plans to not changing a thing, we left the meeting more confused then when we started. I never got that warm fuzzy feeling with the real estate agent but I thanked her and told her I would contact them when we were ready to move forward. Our relationship went sour with this company when time and time again, the realtor kept contacting me after numerous courteous requests to stop. It was clear to me that they didn?t see us as a family. They saw us as a number. She was contacting me by phone, by email, and by text, constantly. I finally had to tell this realtor very bluntly that she was harassing me and when I do finally sell, it would NOT be with them. I reached out to my Facebook friends for recommendations on real estate agents in the area. I received several responses, many of which had tagged their recommendations in their comments. This is when I met Kyle from Simple Choice Realty. Kyle was the only person that proactively reached out to me, and I am very thankful he did. Kyle was extremely informative with regards to his services and answering any questions I had. If I am being honest, the most important selling point I heard is that he was less expensive than the ?big guys?. So I put my trust issues aside and began the process of moving forward. At this time, we still had work to do on the house but I met Kyle at the house anyway. From the start, I felt like Kyle cared. He is extremely personable and I can tell he can adapt to any situation he finds himself in. At no time did I feel like Kyle was rushing us to move forward and there was no harassment or pushing us to begin the process. He allowed us to go at our pace to get our house sold. While we underwent the construction process of making repairs, Kyle stayed in contact with us for progress updates, any questions we had, and even offered to put in a day?s work to help us get the job done! Fast forward a few months, our house is ready for market! Kyle was ready, excited, and full of positivity! Kyle came to us with his opinions on what would be best for selling and we went with his plan to schedule an open house and have no showings until that Sunday. Now I?d like to think that the house was nice enough to sell itself, I knew that the house had some issues being 100 years old. I was happy to know that we had Kyle in our corner. The game plan was set. Open house was scheduled and cookies were baked. It?s time to sell this house. And just like that, he did! We received multiple offers that day. We were under agreement immediately! And it doesn?t stop there. Kyle stayed in contact with us through the entire process, walking us through everything. As much as I was a pain in the rear end from start to finish, Kyle was there every step of the way to listen, answer, and understand. And this is why Kyle made the perfect realtor. You feel like you?ve known him your entire life. He will be a great friend, listener, and educator, all while making you a bunch of money selling your house!! I can tell you that I have never found the need or want to write a positive review until now. If I can help another family in any sort of way with sharing my experience I am willing to take the time to share my story to anyone who will listen. I never would have found Kyle if I didn?t have a terrible experience with one of the ?big guys? and I?m happy that I was harassed enough to step away from them and find Kyle and Simple Choice Realty! He was great with keeping us in the loop with everything that was going on behind the scene and was quick to take charge to ensure that closing took place on the day that we needed.
