This man is genuine, thoughtful, and is very motivated to support people and place their families into homes they will truly love. At no point did he pressure or rush us through a very challenging market to buy - instead he spent the effort to learn about our family and was therefore able to consistently match our wants and needs all the way to the end. The house we fell in love with was a long, hard process due to a number of unique, challenging circumstances and Kyle was there with us to the end. We highly recommend Kyle as an agent and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

Kyle was awesome to work with! He helped us by our house in 2022 when we relocated to the area, and then to sell it in 2024 when we moved out of the area. He works hard, communicates well and makes you feel like a priority. You can tell that he does that with all of his clients. There is no sense of entitlement, he actually works to earn your business and your respect. If we ever find our way back to the Ithaca area, I will look to work with Kyle again!!
