My wife and I highly recommend Kylah! She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Always available by text, email, or phone, she made our move from the East Coast to Plano, TX so much easier. Our situation was tricky, but Kylah kept us updated through the client portal and patiently answered all of our questions about the Dallas area. When it came time to tour homes, she mapped out an efficient 3-day, 17-house viewing tour, maximizing every minute. When we were ready to make an offer, Kylah stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Her guidance and efficiency were invaluable. She went above and beyond during the option period, helping us navigate a few roadblocks with ease. Since we couldnt attend in person, she even did both the inspection walkthrough and the final walkthrough for us aEUR" something well always be grateful for. I would recommend Kylah to anyone buying or selling a property in Dallas Fort Worth! We have used Kylah twice. The first time she stepped in to help us purchase our first home in Fort Worth as our original realtor had to travel. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I ended up saving her information and luckily we needed her services to sell the home we purchased. Despite Kylah managing multiple listings, she was extremely responsive, transparent, and she dedicated so much of her time to selling our property. She posted nice videos on social media, provided comparisons in the area, and really looped us into the whole process without overwhelming us. We ended up getting two offers on our home only after 9 days on the market AND being up against new builds in our neighborhood. Most of that was attributed to the photography and marketing Kylah had set up. Kylah provided the comparison of our offers in a nice spreadsheet which made it so simple to see what offer was best. She also negotiated with both offers. I have already recommended her to a few friends in Dallas! We loved working with Kylah and plan to keep in touch even though we are moving to Houston. Cannot say enough great things about her!
