I moved to Las Vegas for a job (the Original Vegas, not the other gambling one) & I needed to find a house. The rental market was incredibly sparse so I started looking for house buy online & connected with Kurtis Quintana. I'm glad I did. He knows the town (and all of Northern New Mexico) very well. I appreciated his clear understanding of contracts, offers & counter offers. He saved me a great deal of head-aches in finding win-win contract language with the Seller. After the first house I went under contract with fell through (my bank didn't loan after the inspection). Kurtis quickly helped me get under contract with another house. I am now happily moved into the best house of the bunch I looked at and pleased with my new home. Kurtis is honest (he'll tell you his honest opinion & assessment of the places you find). I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.
