Any time a close friend brings up real estate, I mention Kurt, Megan, and the team to them.I've put 5 stars in every category in this review, and that's not just bologna. Especially while we dealt with other agents through this process, it was clear how much Kurt excelled compared to others in his industry. The fact is that we were able to buy our first home (with only 5% down) - in the post-pandemic/historic/worst-buyers-market-of-all-time. We did not extend outside of our budget, nor did we settle for a home that was outside of what we wanted. And, above all, the house appraised! Meaning, we did not overpay for it. These details alone attest to the ability of their team.Of course, the fact that this happened was due to many factors, not all of which were under Kurt's control or influence. But, I am confident that without Kurt working with us, it would not have happened. We can't thank them enough for their time!

His availability was second to none. There were several occasions where we needed access or information in quick order and he would always take our calls, work on our behalf and provide solutions to our problems. On a more personal level, I always knew that Mike had my family's best interest at heart. That is something that may be harder to find in today's market, but it meant a lot to us and made the process one that always felt under control and headed in the right direction. ZillowVERIFIEDOne of the best things about Mike is his flexibility. We had several last minute requests for inspections etc and he was always able to make time to put us at the forefront. He was never pushy and had the patience of a Saint.Couple his ethic and demeanor with a background in construction / general contracting and you have a real estate agent who is knowledgeable about materials, construction quality and can help provide input on issues which may spring up. It was very reassuring to have someone with that knowledge to help us as first time home buyers.
