I was a first time home buyer and everyone told me to just be patient thru the process cause it can be quite stressful. And to have a good realtor. Not knowing that any realtor can show you a house, i choose to just call the realtor on the sign in the front yard. Well, that was a mistake. That is until i had called Kurt. Wow, what a difference. I gave him five stars on everything because he knew everything. He was like the four seasons of hotels compared to the motel 6 (sorry motel 6). Anyway...He's very professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.
