He helped me take care of a difficult tenant without going through the process of eviction efficiently. Kurt was extremely helpful throughout the selling process. I sold a 3 family investment property, and Kurt advised me as to the improvements to be made to get the property sold, then the listing pricing, negotiating the buyers offers, and all follow up as necessary with the buyer's brokers.
