I found a house (on a Sunday night) a few minutes away from where I worked. I immediately filled out information on it, and less than 12 hours later Shelby had reached out to me and we set a date to look at the house. She was well informed about the area. She answered all of my questions and my dads questions (he has bought multiple homes over the years) about the house. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous and uninformed about the entire process. She walked me through everything and got me in touch with everyone I needed to talk to along the way. From start (seeing the house on Zillow) to finish (moving into the house) it only took me about a month and a half total. I could not have asked for a better experience.
