What clients say about this agent....
Kurt was incredibly helpful and patient helping me and my husband purchase our dream home! He was so fun to work with and very honest and great at explaining everything and answering any questions we had. Will definitely recommend him to everyone!
We had been looking for the perfect house in another region online for quite some time, and then one popped up that suited us down to the ground. However, it was 1200 miles away from us, and an open house was coming up in just 2 hours. We called Kurt and said "Could you go to the house before the opening and do a video walk-through for us. We might make an offer today." I'm sure Kurt was thinking, "Saturday morning, rush to a house, do a video walk-through, and make an offer?" I half expected him to think it was a prank call, but he obliged, made the offer and we got the house. That was the easy bit. Being 1200 miles away, Kurt offered to be our man on the ground before we could move in. He was awesome. He knew all of the tradespeople we needed and kept an eye on things before we arrived. If you are buying a house in the area, Kurt is your guy for sure.
Kurt became our realtor because my husband was a veteran. We decided to sign up for a program called homes for heros. I was a little skeptical at the beginning until we went out on our first excursion to look at about 8 houses with Kurt and meet him for the first time. All my skepticism disappeared once meeting him and seeing all the work and detail he put into our day. He printed up all the homes information that we were going to see and put them all in a nice notebook. Not only that he was always reachable anytime we needed him. He found an amazing home for us that fit all our needs. I couldnt imagine having to go through this without him, I honestly dont think we would have ended up in our perfect home. Kurt was amazing and far exceeded all my expectations.
5 stars all the way. I purchased a new build from long distance and he was a great communicator and representative throughout the process. Hes patient as I worked through life and had to change what I was looking for, but with no discouragement we found a beautiful home. Out of three homes purchased in the past, this has been the smoothest transaction due to his diligent efforts to get what I needed.
I wish there were more than five stars to give Kurt Bachmann! He is very knowledgeable, diligent, kind and responsive at all times. Kurt is a hard working person, for all your real estate interests and will represent you with great skill and professionalism, and also with the precision of a great surgeon, understanding the nuances required to make the outstanding real estate deal you need. He has represented me in three real estate transactions to date, which included buying two houses and selling one in Oklahoma. Kurt is the only guide you want to lead you through the wilderness of home selling and buying in the Tulsa and surrounding areas. He knows the market very well, and he is always ready to help you in the selling and buying process, and through his company, McGraw Realtors, has great outreach to market your property correctly. When it comes to finding the right house to buy, he is tireless in his efforts to help you find and buy the house that is right for you. He helped me buy one house while I was out of state, and he handled the details perfectly, to include the long distance offer, inspections, contract, and other requirements along the way. As a sellers agent, he was very proactive to provide open houses and continuing communications with prospective buyers agents. He worked very hard to take care of my property marketing and showings while I was out of state, and ensured follow up for every showing. When it came to buying another property in Tulsa, he also was with me on the journey, as we visited a number of houses, helping me to see both the strengths and weaknesses of various properties. He was always ready to meet me and help me secure the right house in a market where houses go quickly and time is of the essence. He met me many times on short notice to see a house newly on the market in my price range. He was with me on the journey, to find the house that was right for me, to present the offer that was right and to make the deal that was right for me and my budget. He represented me perfectly as both my buying and selling agent with aplomb, taking great care to manage the relationship to ensure seamless real estate transactions in the end. I highly recommend Kurt Bachmann for ALL your real estate needs!
If you are an out of state buyer looking to move to the greater Tulsa area, Kurt is the best man for your job. Every step of the way was easier and more streamlined with Kurt. We lived 18 hours away so only had 1 weekend that we could fly out and look at homes for our home search. Kurt marked off his calendar to work with us exclusively for the weekend so we could have his undivided time to find the house and was onboard to maximize every second of the weekend seeing as many houses as possible to give us enough options to feel good about making an offer. We saw 10 houses in the first day, I lost track of how many we saw the second and then managed to squeeze in 3 more on Sunday before our flight left. At every home, Kurt gave his professional insight, sellers disclosures printed out, never rushed us, and gave us all the details about the neighborhood and schools. Once we made an offer and got accepted, Kurt continued to go above and beyond for us since we were out of state and couldnt be there for the process. He scheduled our inspection for us and attended it so we had someone there to ask questions, attended closing for us, and did several walk throughs until we were able to move out and make it to Tulsa. I cant recommend him enough, he was amazing.
Kurt Bachmann just helped us purchase our home in Bartlesville Oklahoma. He did an awesome job! We are out of state and he was basically our guide to Oklahoma. Always prompt to answer our phone calls and emails, he made the buying process very easy. He was able to make the time to show us around and help us nail down where exactly we wanted to buy our house. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. We have dealt with many realtors over the last three years and he was by far the best.
So this whole real estate thing has been a tough, tough road. Through no fault of our own (and this is agreed upon by everyone involved), we had a deal fall throughaEUR| and then a second deal fall through. This last time around, ours was a contingency offer: meaning the person buying our house was selling their current home and using the funds from the sale towards our purchase. So when their buyer didnt show (with no notice or communication), it set off a chain of events that was like watching dominoes fall: they couldnt buy OUR house, so I couldnt buy MY house, and the person selling me their house couldnt buy their next houseaEUR| it was a house of cards that was about to get hit with a huge gust of wind. Ive been in a hotel for days and we had no end or answer in sight. Enter Kurt Bachmann. At one point (actually, at two or three points), I called Kurt and just said: should we just scrap the whole thing and start all over again? I mean, Ive done major stadium tours involving millions of dollars, thousands of people, and hundreds of thousands of fansaEUR| and they were less complex than this. To me, there is nothing worse than being in limbo and having no planaEUR| because our guy hadnt heard from their guy because their guy hadnt heard from another guyaEUR| it is not for the faint of heart. I dont want to bring it all crashing down and start all over, but sometimes if you have to rebuild, you need to start by razing what stands. Kurt, calmly and patiently, explained the pros and cons of each option - not making any decisions for me, but providing information that allowed me to make a truly well-informed decision. He knew it was a tough spot to be in - but there just didnt seem to be a lot of solid options with so much up in the air and he didnt want to act like there was. Still, he kept at it. He was talking to our buyers agent AND my sellers agent AND my sellers new homes agentaEUR| juggling multiple conversations while trying to protect (and move forward in) everyones best interests. There were chats with folks about the process and the timelines in other states, who could handle what from where, and how this layered, complex, multi-party (and multi-transaction) ball of wax might just actually be able to happen. And dang if he wasnt able to find the crack in the dam that was stopping everything in our tracks. Knowing that three transactions down the chain they might be interested in doing THISaEUR| and that six transactions in the other direction they might be interested in doing THATaEUR| he laid out a plan that (if everyone was on board with it) could turn this into a win-win-win-win. Oh, and did I mention it all had to happen by tonight? Cause it did. And Ill be damned if, about 8:30 tonight, I didnt get a text that said (for the purposes of this story): The right folks are all on board! Lets do it! I was so pumped/overjoyed/relieved that I responded and said, aEURoeDone! I know there will be about a thousand pages of paperwork, but lets not even talk about that until tomorrow!aEUR? He laughed, said that sounded like a great plan, and wished me luck with my show tonight. I have to tell you: the real estate process in Oklahoma is jacked up - and there are literally hundreds of things that could go wrong at any point. As I explained to Kurt, the only constant positive throughout this entire process was him. There were times where I was frustrated with my lender, my buyer, my seller, and downright upset with the title companyaEUR| but through it all, Kurt gave solid, knowledgable insight and truly made the process as smooth as possible. In fact, as a direct result of those conversations, I think everyone showed a little grace and flexibility - and agreed a win for one was a win for all. To be fair, I'm still a little frustrated with my title company - but I will admit they are getting the job done and checking all the boxes that need to be checked. Sometimes having a process be totally pleasant and pain-free just isnt possible - and those are the times where you need someone who can minimize the hassles, the hiccups, and the headaches - Kurt Bachmann is that person. From the decisions you have to make (and there are a lot) to the things beyond your control (and there are a HELL of a lot of those), you need a great realtor these days. And Kurt Bachmann is a great realtor
Before I found Kurt Bachman, I had worked with 2 other realtors and had talked to many other realtors in Oklahoma. Each time I was disappointed with their performance, professionalism and customer service skills. Each time they started out great but soon I become lost in the shuffle. I couldn't get my questions answered and homes were being sold before that realtor would call me back. Very frustrating. Finally, I found Kurt Bachmann. I knew right away he was all about customer service. When I would call and he was unable to answer the phone, I would immediately receive a text message telling me he was on the phone and would call me right back. I never got lost in the shuffle. He answered every questions and had new homes to show me almost daily. Since I am out-of-state, he would go to the homes I was interested in, and would do a detailed video of each home. Kurt works 7 days a week and I never felt uncomfortable calling him at any hour. It was clear Kurt's goal was to get me into the perfect home. He went beyond my expectation of what a realtor would do to find me wonderful house. I highly recommend Kurt, no other realtor even comes close to doing all that he has done for me.
Kurt is awesome! Kurt's constant positive attitude, dedication, and tireless work ethic made my home-buying experience serene. Even though things happen in life, Kurt always answered my phone calls or called back as soon as possible with a willingness to help. He remained flexible, kind, and personable throughout the entire purchasing process. He is an excellent listener and communicator in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and community. His expertise and experience prove remarkably beneficial in navigating professionally throughout the long closing process. Kurt is a realtor champion and earned 10 stars on this one. I am positively delighted with my purchase. If you're looking for a stellar realtor who truly cares about his clients, look no further than Kurt. I highly recommend Kurt!
