ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Ksenia from July 2022 to December 2022. She was very responsive and showed great communication at first until we got under contract on a house where she acted as a dual agent for both us and the sellers (she also being one of them). According to the law, written consent from both parties is required when serving as a dual agent. At the beginning of the process, she mentioned she was one of the sellers and never asked for our consent/permission to do so. We were first-time home buyers and didn't know much about real estate, so we went in blindsided, completely trusting her to guide us through. We wasted 4 months on a house that had underlying problems. We felt deceived and taken advantage of, eventually backing out of the contract. Soon after, we found a great agent and closed within 1 month. This experience served as a valuable lesson for us. We trusted her to be a trustworthy and transparent real estate professional, which turned out to be the opposite. We would not recommend her services to anyone due to this negative experience.
