So, where do I begin! There is so much to tell you about how wonderful our real estate agent, Krystyna Latsios, is and all she did to make our home selling and buying a pleasure. We connected with Krystyna years ago. She is warm and funny and insightful and caring and a joy to be with. In January, my wife decided, that after 37 years, she would be retiring from Pepsi and pursuing her real passion of serving the church at her upcoming 62nd birthday. But because she decided on short notice, there would be only a short time for us to make a move while still showing both of our incomes on the mortgage. Krystyna helped us tremendously on both the selling and the buying process, and continues to help us to this day as we make changes to the new house. She seemingly knows everyone involved in repairing, improving, and showcasing your house. It was clear from the beginning that she knew her stuff, so we followed her as closely as possible. Based on her advice on how to spend our budgeted fix up costs, our home sold after only 3 days, at a great price. Next, she did a great jog asking clear questions about what we wanted from our next house, within our budget, and in the areas we desired to live. We toured about 25 different properties, each with some of the features we wanted. We finally settled on a large townhouse in a fantastic, neighborly community of townhouse, twins, and single homes. Two days before our closing and with the restrictions due to COVID-19, my wifes mother died. Thats when Krystyna REALLY shown brightest, as she walked us through our tears into our new home. Since that day, she has continued to check-in with us periodically to see how we are doing and to offer advice on making our new home our dream home. I took five paragraphs to tell you a little about Krystyna Latsios, but really all I wanted to say is that if you are contemplating who to partner with as the agent to sell your home, you will be extremely blessed to allow Krystyna to walk with you on your journey.
