I highly recommend Charlotte. She went above and beyond as my buyer's agent in this crazy seller's market of Spring-Summer 2021. She was willing and able to get out to see the houses as soon as they came up, eg, that same day mostly, which was a good thing, since they often were under contract within 48 hours! I really don't think I would have got the house which I finally did (on the 4th offer) if it hadn't been for her. After the whole process started to wear on and really get to me, she just let my nerves roll off and stayed steady. She is extremely knowledgeable about houses, too, which was very helpful, since I am not.
