About Krystal Faticoni

KEEP MOVING FORWARD Krystal has 10+ years experience in sales and customer service. She has received many awards since breaking into the business. One that she is most proud of is the Rising Stars of Real Estate she received shortly after entering the business. Krystal has received awards such as Top Producer and Rookie of the Year as well. Education is key in this business to stay on top of all the constant changes. Licensed in NC & SC, Krystal takes part in many classes throughout the year and also has her ABR designation. Krystal is confident in her work ethic, determination, negotiating skills and overall customer service, and can assist anyone with their real estate needs. Krystal is happily married to the love of her life and they have enjoyed 24 years together and have 2 amazing children. When she's not selling Real Estate you can find her out on the soccer fields. Krystal's husband is the Deputy Athletic Director and Head Men's Soccer coach at Pfeiffer University. Her 14 year old son plays soccer for the new MLS Charlotte FC Academy. Krystal's daughter is spending her 3rd year attending Rowan Cabarrus Community College in their Early College Program and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Krystal also spends time volunteering for Cabarrus County Special Olympics, where she is on the committee. She is also a part of the Cabarrus County Parent Advisory Council, PTA, leader of her neighborhood HOA Social Committee and a volunteer for the Mecklenburg County schools. A Child's Place is a non profit organization in Charlotte that she also volunteers with. Krystal says, "I agree with Audry Hepburn, when she said; 'As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands - one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.'"
