Six years ago, I purchased my home and was represented by Kristy Wages. It was a smooth and simple process. When it was time to sell my home, I knew Kristy was the only Realtor I trusted with the transaction. Prior to listing my home, Kristy staged my home. She had a vision for what worked best with my furniture and what was needed to make rooms flow and work for the layout. This knowledge and expertise is key, especially for buyers viewing your pictures online. Once the house was ready to be listed, we discussed what I needed out of the house for my next goal - moving to Seattle. Kristy spent hours answering my questions, providing objective and comprehensive data regarding how long listings typically stay on the market, price per acre and square foot and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Kristy made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont, but should. Kristy?s attention to detail inside and outside of my home was apparent in the photographs in the listing. When I saw my listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. I received so many compliments from friends, family and strangers about my home. The statistics on Zillow for my home were far better than any home in the surrounding area. Buyers from outside my MLS area made appointments in droves and ultimately, a buyer from out of town purchased the home. I believe the staging, quality of photographs and attention to detail are what drew people to the listing. The house listed and closed in less than 90 days. Kristy is talented, professional and a true friend. You could not ask for a better Realtor to represent you in buying or selling your home.
