Negotiation Skills yes, this young woman can handle it all. You need not waiste your time talking to, dealing with or soliciting anyone else to help you whether you are the seller or buyer, she knows how to make the best outcome for both parties, please dont waiste your time dealing with any of those other realtors out there!!!!! Kristy is business, professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable at what she does and beyond, again!!!! By the way we arent related and didnt get to meet face to face until after contract business was initiated, sent, and monies put down, just the most excellent agent you could ever have the good fortune to represent you (period).
