Kristy was very responsive when we called. I would say the guy who did our inspection missed a couple things and I wouldn't recommend using his service in the future. Most notably, the oven broiler did not work and we had to get it repaired. Also, the hot water valve for the washer was not working and we had to get a plumber to repair.

I have now worked with Kristi twice, the first was when I purchased our home and the second time was helping us secure a rental house after a fire hit our home. Both times, she assisted us with so many things, other than just dealing with the property, I will need to break this review into two parts to give a fair review. Her knowledge and understanding of real estate in the Houston area is incredible. Her ability to negotiate with sellers, landlords, and turns out in insurance companies is amazing. She is smart, well informed and will work to get the best deal for her clients. She is a 5 star agent based solely on her objective ability to do her job. More than just the real estate side, what makes her such a phenomenal agent is her character and decency. When you work with her it doesn't feel so much like agent/client, it's more like friend doing everything they can to ensure you're getting the best value. She has gone out of her way, often, to assist with things that are borderline outside of the real estate scope. She does it because she really enjoys helping the people she works with. I usually dont spend so much thought in writing these reviews but when your home catches fire and one of the people who helps you start the rebuild process is your agent, I would feel remiss, if I didn't give credit where it is due.

Kristy was so very professional and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a home in Houston. She took her time to not only show us homes but also the surrounding neighborhood and give us a good idea of what day to day life would consist of. She also went to properties for us as we are out of town and took several pictures and really went out of her way to make sure we got into the right home.
