Kristy is the best in her field I feel. During a pandemic, she held my hand and guided me the whole way. From what to do to get the house ready for the market, to her extreme knowledge what my house was worth, all the way down to the marketing and beautiful photos this lady shines with 5 fives stars plus. I couldn?t have ever imagined I got what I got for my home. We had over 75 showings in three days, got 8 offers. She reviewed all the offers all on mother?s day, yes my realtor worked on her special day. She reviewed the offers and made her suggestion and we ended up getting 5k over asking price, 5 day inspection, 16 day we had this house closed and check in hand. Let me tell you I?m one happy girl. ZillowVERIFIEDKristy was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always super responsive, and was really helpful when walking my wife and I through the first-time homebuyer process. To be honest, I was a little skeptical going into this, as Kristy was randomly assigned to us by Zillow (I just submitted a request to see a house on a whim, and 10 minutes later Kristy gave us a call!) and we couldnt have been luckier! During the homebuying process, Kristy was able to fully understand what my wife and I were looking for, and clearly communicate anything we may not have thought of in a kind, respectful mannor. Kristy understood what we wanted before we even really did as firstime home buyers While I dont particularly recomend trying to buy a house in the middle of a global pandemic, Kristy was super flexible with us and was a huge advocate on our behalf. She understood the added risks we were taking and was more than willing to figure out ways to reassure us in our investment decision, all while mantaining safe social distancing for all parties involved. I cannot recommend Kristy enough, and will definitely use her services again for our next real-estate purchase!
