Erich and Kristine are a dynamic duo! My husband and I were searching for a unique property with age, character, and a nice size lot. I started working with Kris and Erich to rent a house in the Langhorne/Levittown/Newtown area. After going through a few houses to rent , they began helping me find a house to buy. They helped me to show the cost savings and what I could get if I bought rather than rent. Kris listened to our needs, wants and items that we didnt want in our ideal house and adjusted the showings accordingly. She continued to send houses for us to look at the met our expectations and were within our budget. Once we found the perfect house for us, Kris began negotiating with the agents to get us the best deal possible. After several rounds of negotiation and walking away for a month (her recommendation), we were able to close on the house and be right within our budget. However, her follow up and attention to detail did not stop there. From the inspections to the closing process, Kris and I had daily conversations on what is next and what we needed for a smooth settlement. Simply the best! Interviewed three area realtors, twice, before deciding and never questioned our choice. They did everything to help us sell our home, from brilliant staging to finding folks to take unwanted items off our hands to standing firm when buyer demands were unreasonable. Kris even helped us clean out remaining items in the crawl space when the buyer complained during walkthrough and my wife and I were exhausted from all-night packing and cleaning efforts -- and she did it in a dress and heels!!
