I dont even know where to begin and will probably leave some things out, but Kristine is a godsend! Buying a house in this market seemed nearly impossible. Her knowledge, skills, dedication, care, compassion and responsiveness are unmatched! This is also coming from buyers who went in with NO AGENT. Kristine was the first agent to really take us in as her own client. She managed to represent both parties fairly and professionally. She took so much interest in us from the FIRST phone call, had us see the house right before the open house, brought us back the next day and got our offer accepted. That next day, she spent so much time going over any little concern we had, including renovation ideas (current and potential future plans).
