ZillowVERIFIEDI can't recommend Kristine highly enough. In very large part because of her hard work and expertise, my townhouse sold for the highest price in my Centreville (VA) neighborhood, ever! She is excellent at the logistics of buying and selling, but she is also good at handling emotionally fraught situations, such as the sale of an old family home. She goes the extra mile, for example providing some extra pretty-fying items to stage a room that I didn't include in the professional staging. In addition to facilitating the sale of my house, she also helped me purchase a lovely condo in a prime area, for which we negotiated a very reasonable price. She is knowledgeable about a wide variety of areas across Northern Virginia. Although I don't want to buy or sell or move again anytime in the near future, when I do, I will certainly call upon Kristine. Wish I could give ten stars!

ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I highly recommend Kristine Condie as a competent and skillful realtor in handling unexpected problems. We had never sold a home before so it was much appreciated the detail and information she imparted so that we understood every transaction as we went along. The home of our deceased sister is suitable for first time buyers, or a young family, or down sizing seniors. Kristine's extensive research before setting the price showed us how we would be pricing those types of byers out of the market if we set the price higher than she suggested. Many of our friends and family expressed concern about putting the house on the market close to Christmas, but two solid offers were made Christmas week. The home needed some repairs and updating, and Kristine arranged for it all, followed up with contractors, pressed for things to be done right and on time. When things weren't done to her satisfaction, she readily followed up with the contractors to assure things were completed perfectly.
