Kristina Thomas is an excellent realtor. She is caring, patient and honest. She helped us to find a home that was perfect for our needs and what we wanted. We weren't the easiest customers as we were picky and probably looked at 30 houses before we found the one that we wanted. She was so patient with us and helped us through the buying process. She knows the business and she made sure that everything was done correctly when it came to closing on our home. I could call her anytime day or night with questions and she would respond. I cannot say enough good things about Kristina and would recommend her to anyone that was looking for a honest, caring and generally wonderful person for a realtor.

Kristina had a home listed in August 2023 that I reached out to her via e-mail. Within less than an hour I received an email response from her introducing herself. I asked her to call me to discuss our needs/wishes in a home search, and she responded back almost immediately. We spent approximately 1/2 hour on the phone discussing our home search needs. That night she set us up with a specific property search for the various 55+ communities that we might be interested in. In November 2023 we traveled from Cincinnati OH to Ocala to meet her personally and toured the gated communities that we were interested in purchasing. After searching and touring various homes, we purchased a home in Summerfield FL February 2024. The closing of the home was done electronically and uncomplicated. Kristina made herself available to meet the home inspector prior to our final decision being made on the purchase of the home. We are pleased to say we are in our new home and that Kristina did an outstanding job in helping us acquire that home. Kristina went above beyond our expectations as a realtor. She always was super attentive to our questions day or night. I am pleased to say that we have a new (great) friend in Kristina. We would utilize her as our realtor again or definitely recommend her to anyone else looking to purchase a new home.
